💼 ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

What Youll Do

As ourCustomer Service Representative, youll be the first point of contact for our U.S. customers processing and tracking orders, resolving inquiries, and ensuring every experience with Steel Blue is positive and professional.

Youll work closely with our Sales and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order processing, accurate documentation, and on-time deliveries. Youll also support administrative, marketing, and warehouse coordination tasks that help keep our operations running seamlessly.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Delivering exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Processing and documenting customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Coordinating with the Sales team on customer needs, order scheduling, and pricing.
  • Supporting sales administration tasks such as processing credits, managing price lists, and assisting with reports.
  • Working with freight and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Building strong, positive relationships with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Upholding company standards with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first approach.
