Residential program is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to become Nurse Coordinators. In this vital role, you'll collaborate with our residential care team to ensure individuals live their healthiest and most fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct health assessments and monitor vital signs.
Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual documentation as required.
Accompany individuals to medical appointments and coordinate with healthcare providers.
Provide on-call support every fifth weekend.
Work Schedule :
Monday through Friday, Flexible Schedule
