Job details

• Provide essential care to patients in a setting which offers reasonable volumes and team support
• Easy access to subspecialty providers as well primary care referrals for your patients within our system
• Flexible shift schedules available, accommodating your personal preferences
• Primary site is Hartford but may provide coverage in West Bend on occasion
• Hourly rate from $161.00 to $161.00
• Shift differential available for evenings, weekends and holidays
• Increased hourly rate now making us a market leader in compensation plus productivity incentives, relocation assistance, comprehensive benefits package and CME allowance
