Your Role as a Product Deployment Technician

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Deployment Technician to join our dynamic Product Deployment team. You will be instrumental in installing our advanced products, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting our growth into a multi-product company.

In this role, you will travel extensively (expect around 80% travel) to install, maintain, and optimize our cutting-edge drone systems that assist public safety agencies. You will collaborate with engineers and project managers while directly engaging with customers to ensure seamless deployments that meet Flock’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deploy and troubleshoot equipment related to our Drone as First Responder (DFR) program, including installation of various hardware components and systems.
• Communicate effectively with diverse teams including engineering, project management, and external partners to ensure project success.
• Conduct site surveys and meet with customers to explore installation options.
• Maintain accurate documentation of field activities and monitor project status both in the field and lab settings.
• Utilize tools and equipment safely while adhering to all safety protocols.
