Blueberry is building the 1 : 1 marketer for the world’s most ambitious brands. The way brands engage with customers is fundamentally shifting. In the early days, founders reply to every comment, DM every follower, and know customers by name. But as audiences grow into the hundreds of thousands or millions, that intimacy breaks. Even with social managers, no team can authentically know every follower — so brands default to 1 : many channels like mass email, SMS, and generic posts. The personal touch disappears.

At Blueberry, we’re rebuilding that intimacy at scale. Our product performs deep research on social followers, enables brands to authentically engage through personalized DMs, and delivers the perfect offer tailored to each customer at exactly the right moment. What once felt impossible — knowing every follower by name and why they care about your brand— is now achievable.

In under 3 months, we're live with 10+ brands — including several 8- and 9-figure direct-to-consumer (DTC) companies to drive substantial revenue and nurture lasting loyalty.

We’re backed by Pear VC (first checks into Doordash, Dropbox, and Gusto) and Founders, Inc.. Now, we’re hiring the founding team that will scale Blueberry across the world’s largest brands.

The Role

Brands with millions of followers rely on Blueberry to authentically engage their customers at scale. As a Product Engineer at Blueberry, you’ll focus on building the customer-facing experiences that define how the world’s fastest-growing brands interact with their communities.

You’ll work directly with the founders, Founding Designer, and Founding Engineer to :

Ship polished, high-quality features that marketers use every day to engage millions of followers.

Translate real customer feedback into product experiences that feel intuitive, powerful, and authentic.

Build across the stack with a focus on delivering delightful, reliable, user-facing functionality.

Collaborate closely with design to ensure every surface feels as good as it works.

Balance rapid iteration with the technical rigor needed to scale to enterprise brands.

This role is about shipping products fast, placing them directly in the hands of customers, and making them great.

What You’ll Do

Build customer-facing features. Ship end-to-end functionality that directly impacts how brands engage their followers.

Turn feedback into product. Work with customers and the team to translate insights into elegant, intuitive experiences.

Collaborate deeply with design. Partner with the Founding Designer to bring flows and interactions to life with polish and craft.

Deliver fast, reliable iterations. Prototype, ship, and refine quickly while maintaining quality.

Raise the bar. Contribute to engineering practices, code quality, and product excellence as part of the early team.

Who You Are

A full-stack engineer with 3+ years of experience in AI, SaaS, or consumer apps

You use the latest and greatest in AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)

You move fast, take initiative, and care deeply about doing things right.

You don’t just point out problems — you roll up your sleeves and solve them.

You bring a clear point of view on what excellence looks like, while staying collaborative and low-ego (this is incredibly important across every team member).

You’re your own toughest critic and hold yourself to an exceptionally high bar—90% isn’t good enough

Entrepreneurial at heart : you thrive in ambiguity, adapt quickly, and want to shape something from the ground up.

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with social media APIs (Instagram, TikTok, Meta) or eCommerce platforms.

Background in consumer-facing products, customer data systems, or personalization engines.

Previous startup or founding team experience.

Familiarity with AI / LLM-powered apps and workflow automation.

Open-source contributions or meaningful side projects.
