GrowthAssistant is currently looking for a Paid Search Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll strategize, implement, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across various platforms including Search, Display, and YouTube. With a focus on keyword research, ad copy optimization, and campaign performance analysis, they will drive effective digital advertising strategies to meet client objectives and maximize ROI. The Role :

• Build / optimize / load paid search ad campaigns
• Targeted keyword research (brand and non-brand)
• Keyword Analysis
• In-platform optimization per client's directives (at scale)
• Templated reporting / dashboarding
• Launching New Google and Bing campaigns
• Monitor analytics and adjust according to client direction / parameters
• Manage administrative / data entry touchpoints (Google Tags, UTM setup, etc.)
• Provide reporting and dashboarding on campaign performance
• Execute validation and optimization testing per client directive
• Running YouTube Ads
• Ad Copy Optimization
