Benefits Manager (Sonoma)

Technical Skills :

• Extensive benefits management and operations experience in employee-facing roles, ideally within self-insured organizations.
• Strong proficiency in managing benefits inquiries, ticketing systems, and Leave of Absence (LOA) administration.
• Skilled in using ticketing / email systems to track and resolve inquiries; Workday Benefits experience preferred.
• Partner with benefits teams, vendors, and internal staff to ensure accurate data management, timely vendor updates, and bill reconciliation.
• Lead benefits orientations and support open enrollment, delivering a seamless and efficient employee experience.
