Job Description

Medical Diagnostic Associates, P.A. is seeking a skillful nurse practitioner to serve

in a patient facing / decision making role in several of the dialysis units in which the

practice has patients. The Nurse Practitioner will focus on patient care, patient

education and be instrumental in care coordination among nephrologists and other

involved specialists in the outpatient space.

We are seeking an exuberant nurse practitioner, ideally with some dialysis

experience, to join our collegial group of six nephrologists and one dialysis nurse

practitioner in a supportive, collaborative working environment. Enjoy good

work / life balance - our providers have the resources they need to care for

themselves as well as they care for their patients. Seasoned administrative staff

with very well-run offices.
