What You'll Do

Provide excellent customer service to visitors, employees, and guests at the front desk by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.

Monitor access to the building, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location to help to deter unauthorized entry.

Respond promptly to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Document and report security-related incidents, unusual activities, or building maintenance issues as observed during assigned shifts.

Assist with visitor management, including issuing badges and maintaining visitor logs as required by site protocols.

Communicate clearly and professionally with site personnel, clients, and emergency responders when appropriate.

Support Allied Universal and client staff by providing information and directions as needed at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements

Customer service experience is preferred.

A valid security guard card or license is preferred.

CPR and first aid certification is preferred.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
