Job descriptionPerform forecasting, annual and / or monthly business plan and rolling plan, variance analysis of actual versus forecast and reconciliation of internal accounts Inventory management to ensure valuation accuracy is reflected in financial statement Perform reconciliations and manage open / suspense / aged items Support external and internal audit / risk management requirements as needed Prepare weekly and monthly reports, and any reports assigned as needed Manage and monitor KPIs and communicate with other teams for improvement plan Contact / escalate to other team members to resolve issues with vendor accounts that might affect operation Fluent Korean (Strongly preferred but not required) Bachelor's in Business, Econ, Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics or similar. Equivalent relevant work experience will be considered. 3-5 years in planning / risk management / finance in logistics environment (strongly preferred) General knowledge of logistics and / or supply chain Experience with SAP, WMS, ERP are nice to have but not required
Job Description
Title : Logistics Specialist - Korean Bilingual (Strongly preferred, but not required)
Client : Global leader in Technology / Electronics
Duration : 6 months with HIGH chance for extension or become permanent
Work Location : Santa Ana, CA
Schedule : Onsite, M-F
Pay rate : $31-35 / hr w2 + Benefits
Top Required Skills / experience
- Korean Bilingual (Strongly preferred)
- Excel (VLOOKUP & Pivot Table)
- Planning, Claims, Risk Management, or Finance in logistics environment
Overview :
The ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate levels within and outside the company. The ability to work either independently or in a team environment to achieve personal and team project goals, including the completion of assignments within established time frames.
