Key Responsibilities

Identify and prioritize vendors in various energy efficiency sectors and formalize partnerships

Host educational sessions and provide resources to support vendor participation in utility incentive programs

Maintain relationships with trade allies and represent the organization at industry events

Required Qualifications

5+ years in business development, strategic partnerships, or account management

Background in energy efficiency, facility services, or related fields

Experience with utility programs or sustainability initiatives is a plus

Proven success in territory management and B2B relationship building

Self-starter with a strategic mindset and ability to collaborate across teams
