In this role, your responsibilities will center on delivering safe, patient-centered care in long-term care environments. You'll assess resident needs, monitor vital signs, assist with medications under supervision, manage charting and documentation with precision, and participate in comprehensive care planning alongside RNs and care teams. You'll support mobility and range-of-motion activities, assist with nutrition and hydration, provide emotional support and respite to families, and help residents maintain independence whenever possible. You'll have opportunities for professional growth through mentorship from experienced clinicians, cross-training in specialty areas, and potential pathways toward enhanced responsibilities within the long-term care continuum. As you grow, you'll expand your expertise in geriatric assessment, palliative care principles, infection control practices, and best-practice wound and skin care, reinforcing your role as a trusted, knowledgeable advocate for residents' wellbeing.
Compensation and benefits are designed to recognize your expertise and your professional journey. You'll earn a competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,472 to $1,551, reflecting shift differentials, responsibilities, and locational considerations. The assignment starts December 8, 2025, and runs for a defined multi-week period, with a guaranteed 24 hours per week. In addition to competitive pay, the package includes a sign-on bonus, housing assistance to ease relocation and housing costs, and opportunities for contract extensions should you wish to continue your impact with the same team or transition to additional facilities within the network.
