Job descriptionFamiliarity with job cost information Excellent computer skills and proficiency in MS applications Effective written and verbal English language communication skills Ability to use independent judgment; self-starting Communicate with both the Finance and the Operations teams to develop Assist in developing reports analyzing the labor costs Create Excel spreadsheets for analysis Perform schedule analysis for change orders and claims Input data for labor cost reports and field quantity surveys Complete other responsibilities as assigned
