Risk Adjustment Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Risk Adjustment Data Analyst to develop and maintain data processes and analytics related to the CMS HCC risk adjustment model for the Medicare population.

Key Responsibilities

Calculate and maintain risk scores using the CMS HCC risk adjustment model

Develop SQL processes to automate risk score calculations from various datasets

Create dashboards and reports in Tableau for internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in analytics, computer science, engineering, economics, or a related field

Master's degree in analytics or computer science is a plus

3+ years of SQL experience and advanced data manipulation skills

3+ years of data analytics experience with actionable insights

Experience with data visualization software (Tableau or Power BI) preferred
