Job Title : Traveling Perfusionist

Location : Hartford Hospital – Hartford, CT

Schedule : Full-Time (40 hours / week), Rotating Shifts + Call Obligation (including weekends and holidays)

Start Date : Upon completion of credentialing / privileging

Licensure & Certifications

Perfusionists rotate through a 13-person schedule that balances :

A 30-minute response time is required while on call.

Current State of Connecticut Perfusion License (required)

Current ABCP Certification (required)

Current BLS Certification (required)

Perfusionists rotate through a 13-person schedule that balances :

Morning shifts (0600–1430)

Afternoon shifts (1400–2230)

Call shifts (24 hrs, 0600–0600; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd call weekdays & weekends)

A 30-minute response time is required while on call.

Qualifications

Licensed Perfusionist in the State of Connecticut

ABCP Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP)

Current BLS Certification (AHA required)

Prior experience with adult cardiac perfusion procedures, ECMO, and cardiac support devices strongly preferred

Ability to work in high-acuity surgical and critical care settings
