Position Overview

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Mail Services & Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role provides support for Interoffice Mail operations and the eSO (Electronic Shipping Option) product. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work with multiple systems, and a background in customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to internal customer inquiries via toll-free number and departmental email regarding :

Receipt and delivery status

Mailing concerns

eSO system navigation

General requests for information

Research and re-direct incoming mail with incomplete or invalid address codes.

Image, log, and redirect complaints and negotiable items in accordance with risk controls.

Generate reports and conduct root cause analysis of issues, identifying trends and recommending improvements.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools.

Experience researching and resolving customer inquiries.

Proficiency in PC applications, including mainframe systems, Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
