Kingston of Miamisburg is hiring Certified Nursing Aides (CNAs) / State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our skilled nursing and long-term care team. What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily living needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, and mobility

Provide resident-centered care that promotes dignity and independence

Monitor health changes and report updates to nursing staff promptly

Collaborate with RNs, LPNs, and care team members to follow individualized care plans

Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment

Build meaningful connections by offering companionship and encouragement

Qualifications

Active CNA or STNA certification in Ohio (required)

CPR certification preferred

Previous experience in skilled nursing, assisted living, or long-term care a plus (training available)

Dependable, compassionate, and team-focused attitude

Strong communication skills and attention to detail
