Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of Stepdown experience required

License : Must hold active state licenses in Illinois and Iowa

Certifications : ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA)

Must-Have : Epic experience and comfortability with the system

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

Please prepare qualified candidates for a call from the designated area code.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Local candidates are not accepted; travelers must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.

There is a 1 : 4-5 patient ratio.

Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Christmas, New Year's, or Thanksgiving).

There is a limit of 1 day request off between specific holiday periods for all travelers regardless of holidays worked.

One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission.

Proof of a taxable address is needed to verify bill rate in accordance with local traveler policy.
