As a Server at Rizzler Pizza, you play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your friendly demeanor, knowledge of our menu, and efficient service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and present the menu.
Answer guest questions about menu items and make recommendations based on their preferences.
Accurately take and process orders.
Manage tables, ensuring cleanliness and prompt service.
Issue bills and accept payment.
Listen attentively to guest feedback and address any concerns or complaints in a professional and positive manner.
Adhere to all health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
