Senior Inspector

STV is seeking a Senior Inspector to support a transit infrastructure project in the region. This role will provide on-site construction inspection, quality assurance oversight, and field documentation to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and in accordance with project requirements, specifications, and industry standards. The position will be based out of our Lawrenceville, NJ office with field visits as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of construction and installation activities.
• Verify contractor performance for compliance with approved plans, drawings, technical documents, and applicable codes.
• Review and monitor construction drawings, specification books, and electrical documentation.
• Track, document, and report on field work progress, inspection findings, and emerging risks.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and field staff to resolve issues and maintain timely progress.
• Support site safety awareness and adherence to OSHA and project safety standards.
• Attend project meetings and provide updates on field conditions and inspection outcomes.
• Assist in verifying quantities and supporting invoicing and change documentation as needed.
• Support project credentialing or security requirements as applicable.

Compensation Range :

$87,482.00 - $116,643.00
