A respected and growing OBGYN practice in  Columbus, Ohio  is seeking a full-time  Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician  to join their dynamic team on the city's desirable east side-just minutes from Easton Town Center and some of the best amenities Columbus has to offer.

Strategic Location  between two major hospitals with Level III NICUs and MFM support

Balanced schedule :   3-3.5 clinic days + 1 OR day per week

Shared Call Rotation :  1 : 4-1 : 5, with 1 : 3 midwife support

Robotic Surgery Encouraged  - state-of-the-art tech and support for procedural growth

Optional teaching opportunity with OBGYN residents (not required)

What You'll Do :

Deliver comprehensive obstetric care

Perform gynecologic procedures, including minimally invasive and robotic surgeries

Work closely with a collaborative and supportive provider team

Participate in call rotation while living within 30 minutes of affiliated hospitals

Perks & Compensation :

$285,000 Base Salary  with immediate productivity bonus potential

Up to $100,000  sign-on bonus, loan repayment, or a 50 / 50 split of both

Relocation assistance available

$5,000 CME allowance + 5 CME days

27 PTO days annually (with rollover)

Full benefits starting Day 1 + PSLF eligibility (501c3 organization)

Ideal Candidate :

BC / BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology

Ohio license OR Willing to Obtain
