We are seeking a Plant Systems Integrator at our Colgate-Palmolive plant in Cambridge Ohio who willlead plant systems integration projects training of operations and engineering teams and system troubleshooting and maintenance.
What You Will Do :
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor degree in Engineering or Information Technology
5 years experience with engineering supply chain operations and / or IT Supply Chain required
3 years experience with manufacturing operations and core processes
5 years experience in programming and configuration in PLCs
Practical working knowledge of Wonderware manufacturing software or SAP manufacturing applications
Physical Requirements :
Must be available to work any shift weekends holidays
Must be able to stand for 8 - 12 hours per shift
Must be able to stoop bend crawl reach for extended periods of time during shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
Must be able to frequently move boxes totes bags ranging in weight up to 50 pounds
Must be able to wear all required personal protective equipment
Must be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs
Preferred Qualifications :
Proficiency in Wonderware manufacturing software such as :
Wonderware Archestra
Wonderware MES
Wonderware InBatch
Strong proficiency in SAP usage and SAP Transactions such as :
Production Orders
Production Confirmations
Material Movements (Goods Receipts and Goods Issues)
SAP Quality Management - Critical model
Knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL) preferably using Microsoft SQL Server and SQL reporting services.
Manufacturing
Knowledge of Tableau
Basic understanding of :
Production Planning and Scheduling
Inventory Management
Planned Maintenance Concepts
Statistical Process Control (SPC) Concepts
Plant Floor Control System Concepts
Operational Excellence Standards and Expectations :
Factory Performance and Reliability (FP&R)
EOHS Standards
Quality Standards / Regulatory Requirements
Plant Metrics such as throughput Operating Efficiency (OE) unplanned downtime (UPDT)
Ability to configure and test plant systems
Proven track record of project management
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $95000.00 - $130000.00 USD
Pay is determined based on experience qualifications and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses profit-sharing and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation / PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employees hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws.
