Job descriptionBilingual Japanese capabilities. Proven attention to detail with 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial sector event planning. Understanding of the equity landscape, including analysts, institutional clients, and corporate clients. Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, IPreo, iConference, and FactSet. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills with a solutions-oriented approach. Writing samples and PowerPoint examples will be required. Should have an interest in obtaining (or currently hold) the Series 7 / 63 licenses.
International Investment Bank seeks an Associate or VP level of execution coordinator at its Corporate Access team of the equity division.
Responsibilities :
- Execute events and manage logistics for non-deal roadshows, virtual events, conferences, seminars, and investor tours.
- Manage itineraries and create / update marketing materials.
- Originate and develop relationships with corporate clients.
- Collaborate with institutional equity sales, research, banking, and investor relations teams.
- Communicate closely with the investment banking teams in Japan.
