TekSystems is hiring a 3rd shift patient registration representative for a large healthcare system in Indianapolis, IN! First person our patients see when they arrive. Main priority is to provide an exceptional patient experience with a warm, welcoming environment. The ER is a 24-hour, 365-days a year facility and does not close. The schedule is a rotating 12-hour shift, up to 40 hours per week. Schedule example:
Week A: Work Monday, Tuesday, half-day Friday, Saturday, Sunday
Week B: Work Wednesday, Thursday, half-day Friday
Team members will be trained in all the following areas:
Support self-pay process for patients without insurance coverage. Complete required documentation for Medicare patients prior to admissions, if needed.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
