TekSystems is hiring Patient Registration Representatives for a large healthcare system in Indianapolis, IN! We are seeking a compassionate and tech-savvy Patient Access Representative to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role is the first point of contact for patients and plays a vital part in creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience across multiple care settings, including the Emergency Department, outpatient clinics, and inpatient admissions. Key responsibilities include delivering exceptional patient experience, accurate patient registration, support across care settings, and technology and documentation.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience
• Strong customer service skills
• Empathetic and passionate about helping others
• Comfortable with technology and EMR systems

Job Type & Location : This is a contract to hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. The pay range for this position is $16.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
