Labor & Delivery RN Manager – San Bernardino, CA Contract Length : 13 Weeks Schedule : 5x8 Hour Shifts Pay : $54–$64 / hr We’re seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN Manager to join a respected healthcare facility in San Bernardino, California . This role is ideal for a strong clinical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting both patients and nursing teams through every stage of the birthing experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the Labor & Delivery Unit, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. Lead and support nursing staff through mentorship, scheduling, and professional development. Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain efficient, safe, and compassionate workflows. Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and evidence-based best practices. Requirements License : Active California RN license . Experience : Minimum 3 years as a Registered Nurse. At least 2 years in a Labor & Delivery Unit , including 1 year in a supervisory role . Education : Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Business, Healthcare Administration , or a closely related field. Certifications (Required) : Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AWHONN) Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) – American Academy of Pediatrics Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) – American Heart Association Preferred Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) strongly preferred. 5 years of RN experience, including 2 years supervising professional nursing staff in an acute care setting.
