About the Role :
We are seeking a detail-oriented Temporary Compensation Analyst to support our HR team with critical compensation projects. This role requires advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with HRIS systems . The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and able to manage sensitive data with accuracy and discretion.
Key Responsibilities :
Analyze, audit, and maintain compensation data within the HRIS.
Develop, update, and validate compensation reports and models using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, macros, etc.).
Support annual / quarterly compensation cycles, including salary benchmarking, pay equity analysis, and bonus administration.
Assist with compensation surveys and market data analysis.
Partner with HR and business leaders to ensure data accuracy and compliance with policies and regulations.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst, HR Analyst, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling).
Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
