    We're looking for an Independently Licensed Therapist to join our Collaborative Care team embedded in a primary care setting. In this role, you'll work closely with patients, primary care providers, and psychiatric consultants to deliver integrated behavioral health services that improve overall well-being.

    As a core member of this hybrid care team, you'll have the support of Optum Behavioral Care's clinical and operational experts while working in a dynamic environment that values collaboration and innovation.

    • What You'll Do

    • Deliver therapy using both in-person and virtual modalities.
    • Collaborate with primary care providers and psychiatric consultants.
    • Screen and assess for common mental health and substance use disorders.
    • Track treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed.
    • Provide brief, evidence-based interventions (CBT, motivational interviewing, problem-solving treatment, etc.).
    • Support medication management and adherence.
    • Develop relapse prevention plans for patients completing treatment.
    • What We're Looking For

    • Independent license in Washington : LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
    • 3+ years of experience treating behavioral health conditions.
    • 1+ year in an integrated or primary care setting preferred.
    • Skilled in evidence-based therapies and brief interventions.
    • Comfortable using technology for virtual care.
    • Preferred

    • Experience with the Collaborative Care Model (CoCM)
    • Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
    • Ability to build effective relationships with patients and care teams.
    • The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
