Finance & Insurance Executive - North Carolina

Zurich is seeking a Finance & Insurance Executive to support sales efforts in our East Division for our North Carolina territory. As part of our F&I sales team, this role offers an opportunity to leverage and refine your sales and marketing expertise within the automotive sector! We are looking for high performers that are goal driven and able to take us to the next level of achieving financial targets. You will be responsible for driving growth and profitability by acquiring, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership, or
• High school diploma / equivalent with 4+ years of experience in dealership finance or sales leadership.
• Must reside within the required territory.

This position includes a variable component that is based on an individual's performance under the applicable sales incentive plan. The annual variable compensation range, based on performance under the sales incentive plan for this role, is between $190,000 and $225,000.
