Salary : $16.50 - $18.50

Now Hiring : 2nd Shift Welder - Watseka, IL

Pay : $16-$18 / hour

Schedule : Monday-Thursday, 4 : 30 PM-3 : 00 AM

(Potential for overtime on Fridays and Saturdays)

What You'll Do :

• Perform MIG and / or TIG welding on various metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Inspect finished welds for quality and conformance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and shift supervisors to meet production goals

What You Bring :

Previous welding experience or technical training preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and safety

Dependable work ethic and willingness to learn
