Quality Engineer - $70K salary

Develop and execute software test plans to identify software problems and their causes

Analyze and write test standards and procedures

Document test results and make recommendations to improve product quality

Ensure that the software meets the company’s quality standards

Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes

Provide feedback and recommendations to developers on software usability and functionality

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience with software development life cycle and software quality assurance methodologies

Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases

Knowledge of coding and scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
