Job Title : Special Needs Clinician - LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC

Location : In clients homes after school hours and on weekends.

Position Type : 30-plus hours a week.

Salary : $90 - $100 per hour

Job Description : We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Special Needs Clinician with extensive experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, ranging from high to low functioning. If you have a passion for making a difference in the lives of individuals with ASD and are committed to delivering high-quality, individualized support, we want you on our team!

Key Responsibilities :

Provide individualized assessment, treatment, and intervention for clients with ASD.

  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans to address each client's unique needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive and supportive approach.
  • Use evidence-based practices to enhance social, behavioral, and communication skills.
  • Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay current with the latest research and best practices in autism intervention and therapy.

    • Qualifications :

    Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

  • Relevant certification or licensure as required by state regulations.
  • Proven experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder, from high to low functioning.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral and developmental interventions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Enthusiastic, compassionate, and dedicated to making a positive impact.
