About The Position

Position Overview : The Clinical Dietician designs and implements nutritional care plans for patients in inpatient, outpatient, and home-care settings utilizing general dietetic standards and regulations to assist in the promotion of health and control of disease. Requirements : Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) Preferred : 1-2 years experience preferred. Experience with EPIC preferred. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Housing : Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing. It s extremely expensive, especially in the winter. Please consider housing options in the surrounding towns : Basalt, Carbondale, & Glenwood Springs. $3,500 / month is common for a 1BR apartment in Basalt. Travelers looking for a housing budget less than this should probably not be submitted. Guaranteed Hours : While we can t guarantee hours on our contracts, your traveler will be scheduled for around 36-40 hours per week. We do not downstaff, so they are essentially guaranteed hours. Misc : Not accepting any RTO Must be healthy enough to safely function in a low oxygen environment (8k elevation)
