Security Officer
Reports to : Branch Manager or Account Manager
Job Summary :
This role involves working under the supervision of the Account Manager or Branch Manager, focusing on the protection and securing of assets, personnel, customers, and visitors within the assigned sites.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safeguard the interests of the client and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.
- Monitor for signs of crime or disorder and respond to disturbances effectively.
- Prepare and submit daily reports accurately as instructed.
- Conduct regular patrols as specified in the post orders.
- Manage and control access to the property according to established protocols.
- Notify the appropriate authorities in emergencies per the post orders.
- Report any violations of company policy and applicable laws as outlined in the Employee Handbook.
Additional Responsibilities :
Ability to stand for long hours and work extended shifts.Willingness to undertake additional tasks as directed by the client or supervisor.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Ability to maintain a safe environment for all personnel and visitors.Strong interpersonal skills to deal tactfully with the public.Minimum Requirements :
