As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) within our Bancroft NeuroRehab you'll provide a wide array of residential rehabilitation options to meet the needs of adults with acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions as well as interllectual and developmental disabilities.

Bancroft's community-based residences for people with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions, fosters a stable environment where each individual can experience independence. Direct Support Professionals help those in our care to reach their highest potential, while gaining experience and learning new skills. We are hiring across Toms River, NJ . Various schedules and shifts are currently available, including day, evenings, and overnights.

The current hiring range for this position is : $18.78-$19.16 per hour.
