WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

You will receive comprehensive sales training to enhance your skills and be equipped with the knowledge needed to excel in your role. We believe in investing in our team members and providing them with the tools they need to succeed. In this position, you will have the opportunity to engage in in-home selling, where you will meet with potential customers in their homes to discuss their deck needs and provide them with customized solutions. This personalized approach allows you to build trust and establish strong relationships with customers, ultimately leading to increased sales and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with your existing sold customers to generate referrals. By leveraging your excellent customer service skills and fostering positive relationships, you will be able to tap into the network of satisfied customers and expand your client base.
