You will manage complex cases, undertake assessments, care planning, and safeguarding, and exercise a high level of professional judgement. The role also involves providing supervision and support to junior staff, contributing to service development, and working closely with multidisciplinary partners.
You will need:
A recognised Social Work qualification and professional registration
Significant post-qualification experience with complex casework
Experience of supervision or leadership
Strong knowledge of safeguarding and relevant legislation
