Job descriptionThis opportunity combines leadership responsibility with direct oversight of a 10-bed pediatric emergency department that serves 40,000 visits annually. The Director will report directly to the VP of Emergency Services and lead a team of Clinical Nurse Coordinators (CNCs) and 42 FTEs. Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Pediatric Emergency Department Ensure high-quality, patient-centered care across all shifts and staff Oversee staffing, performance improvement, compliance, and quality outcomes Collaborate with senior leadership on department growth and innovation Lead a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, academic environment Qualifications : BSN – Required Minimum 3+ years of recent leadership experience in a Pediatric Emergency Department within an acute care hospital – Required Strong track record of leading teams and driving performance metrics Why Apply?
