Key Responsibilities
Research and resolve inquiries from customers and channel partners regarding finance products
Document interactions and provide history for issue resolution
Onboard and train new merchants while offering proactive services to existing customers
Required Qualifications
Experience in a call queue environment
Experience using multiple computer resources for information gathering and issue resolution
Experience with technical online troubleshooting
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent related work experience
Ability to work in a remote team environment
