Shift : Variable D / E, start time 7 : 30a, 8a, 10a, 8x5, 40 hrs / week,  Length : 13 weeks

Between 7 : 30a-7p M-TH, 7 : 30a-4 : 30p FridayMinor holidays are required

Requirements :

CT license

2 years experience in Outpatient PT

Pre / post Women's Health / pelvic rehab required

Experience in treating pelvic dysfunction, urinary incontinence, pregnancy and post postpartum dysfunction

AHA BLS

Experience in men's pelvic health and / or APTA board certification a plus
