About the Role :

Are you a skilled Registered Nurse looking for flexible PRN opportunities in a high-performing Adult Cath Lab ? Join a supportive team where your expertise in patient care, cardiac procedures, and clinical coordination directly contributes to positive patient outcomes. This role allows you to provide front-line, patient-centered care in a dynamic, procedural setting while collaborating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Adult Cath Lab.
  • Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and the care team.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
  • Participate in performance improvement initiatives and uphold clinical standards.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families regarding procedures and recovery.
  • Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Maintain professional competence and adhere to confidentiality, safety, and regulatory standards.

    • Qualifications :

  • RN License (GA or Multi-State Compact)
  • BLS Certification (required on hire)
  • ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by unit (to be obtained within 6 months if not current)
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Preferred : BSN or national specialty certification relevant to cardiac nursing

  • Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-acuity procedural environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Competence in using clinical technology and maintaining documentation
