• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 4 : 30 pm with no weekend or on-call requirements
• 4 - 5 home health patients per day
• Home health setting with 1 : 1 patient care model
• EMR : Home Care Home Base
• Recent hospice experience required
• New graduates and first-time travelers welcome
• Guaranteed hours with minimal flexibility required
• OASIS experience preferred but not required
