Sr Manager Of Supply Chain Loss Prevention

A day in the life of a Sr Manager of Supply Chain Loss Prevention at VF looks a little like this. This role supports both shortage and overall company objectives by managing Loss Prevention activities in VF Corp's supply chain network. You will work closely with field LP teams and Corporate Asset Protection partners to identify and resolve theft cases that originate across the network, to include multi-site or location cargo theft. This role will also develop and maintain a strong partnership with Supply Chain Leadership, DC Leadership, Inventory Control, Logistics, and DC Operations. Further, this role will assess data and work through root cause analysis to identify shortage trends and implement proactive measures to mitigate shortage risk. You will also routinely visit DC and Supply Chain locations to ensure execution of LP objectives, operational processes that impact shortage, and physical security standards. Lastly, there will be an expectation to communicate opportunities to relevant leaders and work in concert to implement action plans to improve or impact.

What do you need to succeed? We all have unique skills that we bring to work and celebrate every day. For this role, there are foundation skills you'll need to succeed and excel. Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 8+ years of Logistics, Supply Chain, and Loss Prevention related experience. The foundation skills you will need in this position are : strategic understanding of the retail loss prevention and security environment with a proven record of influencing change; experience working cargo theft investigations and leveraging industry standards tools and techniques (GPS, task force, etc.); experience in distribution / supply chain environment and physical security expertise; experience influencing teams and implementing investigative strategies; ability to analyze results, develop conclusions, and implement strategies based on analysis, experience, benchmarking, and innovation / technology research; strong functional knowledge of business tools such as Excel, Power Point, Word required. Travel is required to all markets within areas of responsibility. Location - remote work is an option for this position.
There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred. Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Wicklander-Zulawski Interviewing Certificate and CFI (Certified Forensic Interviewer) a plus.
The hiring range for this position is $108,000.00 USD - $135,000.00 USD annually. This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
