Job Title : CNC Programmer / Mold Maker

Job Summary
The Mold Maker / CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and programming CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and mold components. This role requires strong machining knowledge, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and program CNC machines including mills, lathes, and routers.
- Perform precision machining to produce mold components and other parts.
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD files.
- Load raw materials and tooling into machines and monitor machining operations.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to specifications and tolerances.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC equipment.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machining processes.
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.5+ years of experience operating CNC machinery in a manufacturing environment.Strong understanding of machining processes and tight-tolerance work.Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Good communication skills and attention to detail.Preferred Qualifications
Technical certification or vocational training in CNC machining.Experience with CNC programming – Gibscam / MastercamProficiency using precision measuring instruments.Experience working with various materials in mold making or precision manufacturing.Physical & Work Environment Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.Manual dexterity and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Exposure to noise, dust, and machinery in a shop environment.Work Location
