Job Title : Service Coordinator / Dispatcher

Position Overview : The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and dispatching field technicians to perform service and project work in the Heating, Air Conditioning, and Building Automation Industry. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, well organized, excellent customer service skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and be able to work with minimal supervision. Industry experience and / or knowledge are a plus.

Essential Duties / Responsibilities : Include but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Position Requirements :

• Must pass a background check and possess a valid drivers license.
• Requires strong written and verbal communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• High level of organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
• Flexibility and adaptability to change are essential.
• Ability to work well with others, even under stress.
• Responsible for taking incoming customer calls and scheduling service calls while dispatching technicians.
• Effective communication skills in visual, oral, and written forms are necessary.
• Promotes collaboration and positive relationships with employees and clients.
• Must demonstrate stress management and maintain a pleasant demeanor with customers.
• Coordination with account managers and service personnel to understand service work requirements.
• Responsible for maintaining an accurate dispatch board and schedule.
• Upholds professionalism to the highest standards.
• Involves forecasting monthly workload.
• Proficiency in MS Office 365 and other standard office programs is required.
• Industry knowledge is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision.
• Continually enforces professionalism to the highest standards.

Working Condition / Physical Requirements :

Office environment : Frequent sitting, standing, walking, bending and stooping

Compensation Package :

Salary Range : $52,000 to $75,000 per year Depending on Qualifications
