The Role

Creative development : Conceptualize, pitch, and execute design concepts for marketing collateral, websites, social media, advertisements, and product packaging.

Project management : Oversee the design workflow, manage timelines, prioritize deadlines, and ensure all work meets brand standards.

Team leadership : Mentor junior and mid-level designers, providing creative direction and feedback.

Brand stewardship : Develop and maintain visual style guides and enforce brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Cross‑functional collaboration : Partner with marketing, product, and leadership to translate goals into visual designs.

Client relations (agency roles) : Communicate with clients to understand needs, present concepts, and manage feedback.

Industry awareness : Stay current with design trends, new software, and emerging technologies.

Our Ideal Candidate

5+ years of identity design experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.

Self‑motivated, hard‑working, well‑organized, and resilient to changing timelines and deliverables.

Passionate about design, branding, and visual identity work.

Capable of concepting and executing smart, beautiful solutions in a team environment.

Works well within large teams and independently; participates in design critiques.

Excellent communicator.

Translates strategies and business problems into compelling visual languages.

Experience with motion design and 3D rendering.

Energetic, positive, and up for any challenge.
