Clinical Role :

Full-time negotiable schedule

Hospital Based Outpatient / Clinic

On call 10 days per month

50% adult population of patients, 50% geriatric population of patients

90% Outpatient / 10% Inpatient

17-20 Average Number of Office / Clinic Patients Per Day

2 Current Urologists in the Group

Lab onsite

X-Ray onsite

Ancillary Office Staff : 2 LPNs, 1 Receptionist

Equipment : PVR Scanner

EMR - EPIC

Credentialing timeframe : 30-60 days - contingent on requested information being returned timely

Must live within a 40-mile radius or be willing to relocate

Organization :

Salary range : $475,000-$750,000 (including all bonuses) depending upon experience. Market-competitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines (to be discussed at interview).

Sign on bonus - negotiable

Relocation allowance

3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview) : Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)

$5000 CME credit
