Pendo Implementation Specialist

Our client is seeking a Pendo Implementation Specialist (3-Month Contract) to optimize and manage their in-app guides and analytics implementation. As their Pendo specialist, you will be responsible for optimizing their existing Pendo implementation, establishing best practices, and ensuring that our guides provide maximum value to u . This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the client's product experience and user engagement in a focused 3-month-long engagement.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years-experience implementing and managing Pendo implementations.

Experience with guide segmentation and targeting strategies

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Technical background with understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Pendo certification or equivalent product analytics certification
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS products
• Background in product analytics or digital adoption platforms
• Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles

Experience training teams on tool adoption
