About The Position

Job Title : NICU Registered Nurse - Float

Profession : Registered Nurse

Specialty : Critical Care Float

Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Day

Hours per Shift : 12 Hours (07 : 00 - 19 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 2 years NICU experience, floating experience required to PICU and CTICU.

License : Current RN license required.

Certifications : BLS and Advanced NRP certifications required.

Must-Have :

• Candidates must have NICU Level III experience.
• Candidates must be flexible with scheduling, including evening and weekend shifts as needed.
• Candidates must have experience with patients requiring phototherapy, tube feeding, and blood product administration.
• Candidates must be adept in managing various medications and neonatal conditions.

Description :

NICU RN role includes floating to PICU and CTICU as required.

Candidates will work 3 shifts per week, each lasting 12 hours.

Every other weekend coverage is necessary.

Ignite your passion for pediatric nursing while providing critical care to neonates.

Candidates should be familiar with documentation systems, specifically EPIC.

Successful applicants will have strong clinical skills and experience in administering medications and managing neonatal complications.

Candidates must possess the ability to effectively communicate with patients' families and work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team environment.
