Credit Union Team Lead

Job Purpose

The MSR is responsible for understanding, performing, and troubleshooting a broad variety of member services including transactions, filing disputes, educating members on e-services, and assisting with any questions or concerns related to their account. Must maintain full knowledge of the Credit Union’s products and services. Requires strong customer service and sales skills, preferred personal finance knowledge, multitasking ability, confidentiality, and effective communication.

Key Accountabilities

Products, Services, and Systems :

• Working knowledge of all HFCU deposit and consumer loan products and services in order to refer or direct members appropriately.
• Working knowledge of operational systems to perform member requests including deposits, withdrawals, corporate or cashier checks, disputes, ATM or Visa card issuance, processing mail, return fees, and other duties as assigned.
