The Role

Adaptive is looking for a Visual Designer to join our Content Team , shaping the look and feel of our security awareness training. Youll help us bring complex cybersecurity concepts to life through clean, engaging visuals that make learning stick.

This is a product-facing role : you will design 3d art, infographics, layouts, and motion elements inside our training module and newsletters. Its a great fit for a designer who wants to specialize in learning and product design, while collaborating with product managers, product designers, and engineers.

This role will start as a contractor role, with potential to transition into a full-time opportunity based on performance and business need.

What Youll Do

• Design training visuals : Create 3d art, icons, gifs, and layouts that make complex security topics clear and engaging.
• Elevate learning experiences : Translate written scripts into compelling visual narratives inside our training platform.
• Support consistency : Apply Adaptives design system and content style guidelines across modules and keep assets organized.
• Collaborate with content creators : Work closely with product managers and product designers to ensure visuals enhance learning, not just decorate it.
• Experiment with motion / animation : Use lightweight motion to bring key learning moments to life.
• Contribute to accessibility : Design with diverse learners in mind, ensuring clarity, readability, and accessibility in all visuals.
